Our senior instructor, Bill Uhl, has been riding OHVs for over 50 years.  He has been designing, building, and maintaining multiple-use trails (for motorcycle dirt bikes, hiking, bicycles, horses, and llamas) for 18 years. Uhl was an international race competitor for over 28 years and won 6 gold medals for the U.S.  He is the Senior Instructor at OHV Training for OHV rider safety and skill development.  As an expert witness or consultant, Uhl provides the benefit of many years of practical experience and the unique ability to think outside, as well as inside of the box!

    This case was filed in the Superior Court of Justice. The case # is 0101750. This was a motorcycle dirt bike case in which Legate and Associates represented the plaintiff. My related expertise regards the physics of riding, safety, level of rider expertise, and accident reconstruction (what most likely happened on this privately owned riding facility). I have not yet been involved in testifying or a deposition. I wrote a report. This case is still in process.

    I do not know what court this case was filed in. The case # is CU-04-000-18. This was an motorcycle (motorcycle park) case in which Arns represented the plaintiff, Michael J. Miller against the State of California. My related expertise regards safety and standard practices for cycle parks. I read depositions and other background information and consulted regarding the direction of the case. I have not yet been involved in testifying or a providing a deposition. I provided an affidavit. The case was lost in summary judgment and is now being appealed.

    I do not know the case number. The plaintiff’s name was Mark Berkman. This was a motorcycle dirt bike case in which Coletti represented the plaintiff. My related expertise regards safety, trail/road physical closure, and accident reconstruction (what most likely happened in the accident.) I originally worked with legal investigators, Carl Hawker and Larry Nelke of Tichenor, Dziuba & Coletti. Hawker and Nelke asked me to visit the scene of the accident and offer my professional opinion. I used a helmet cam to depict the scene from the plaintiff’s eyes and consulted regarding the direction in which the case should proceed. I was not involved in testifying or a deposition. The case was settled out of court in our favor.

My related expertise regards the snowmobile riding, safety, the physics of riding, and accident reconstruction (what most likely happened). I have not yet been involved in testifying or a deposition. I wrote a report. This case is still in process.

The case concerned after-market motorcycle dirt bike product design failure case (hand guard). I was a consultant to Mr. Skyer. The case was settled out of court on behalf of our client (the plaintiff).

This case was settled out of court in favor of the side I represented.

This case won at summary judgment and was settled on behalf of our client (the plaintiff).
